IRS Full Representation
Client Application

This service is reserved for clients who are ready to resolve their IRS debt and have the financial capacity to follow through. Please answer every question honestly — your application is reviewed personally.

Who this service is for: You owe the IRS $50,000 or more. You have income, assets, or savings that allow you to pay — you simply don't want to deal directly with the IRS. You want a licensed CPA to handle everything and get the arrangement finalized on your behalf.

This Service May Not Be the Right Fit

Based on your answer, you may not currently qualify for Full Representation. This service is specifically designed for clients who have the financial means to enter into a payment arrangement with the IRS — not clients in financial hardship who cannot pay anything.

If you're in financial hardship, you may still have options. Start with an IRS Case Assessment ($195) and we can evaluate what resolution paths are available to you.

Under $50,000 does not qualify for Full Representation. This service is designed for larger, more complex IRS balances. If you owe less than $50,000, an IRS Case Assessment ($195) can help you understand your options and resolve the debt independently or with limited assistance.

✓ Your balance qualifies for Full Representation review.

This section is the most important part of your application. Cents Savvy's Full Representation service is not a hardship program. We are best positioned to help clients who have the income and financial capacity to enter into an IRS payment arrangement — and simply want a CPA to handle the process professionally on their behalf.

Full Representation may not be the right service at this income level. The IRS bases payment plans on your ability to pay after allowable expenses. At under $2,000/month, we would likely be negotiating for hardship status or Currently Not Collectible — which is a different and more complex engagement. Please start with an IRS Case Assessment ($195) so we can properly evaluate your options.

Based on this answer, Full Representation is not the right service for your situation. If you have no ability to make IRS payments, the strategy shifts entirely to hardship negotiations — Currently Not Collectible status, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, or Offer in Compromise. These are significantly more complex engagements. Please start with an IRS Case Assessment ($195) so we can review your full financial picture before committing to a representation strategy.

Asset information helps determine the IRS's collection exposure and the strength of your negotiating position.

The engagement fee must be paid to begin representation. We understand this is a significant investment, but our work on your case begins immediately upon engagement and requires substantial time with the IRS. If the fee is a barrier, please start with an IRS Case Assessment ($195) to get clarity on your case first.

This helps us prepare for your consultation and confirm we are the right fit before scheduling time together.
