SavvyTaxPro Tax Experience Agreement
The Client listed above (“Licensee”) has entered into an agreement with Cents Savvy LLC (“Licensor”) to purchase one of the SavvyTaxPro Experience Packages as described on the Cents Savvy website, during a live demonstration, or in a one-on-one enrollment session.
The selected package includes access to a combination of software, training, and coaching services for a maximum duration of 12 months from the date of this agreement. Annual renewal on or before 10/31 each year is required to continue software use beyond this term.
The Client authorizes Cents Savvy LLC to process payment for the selected package.
The Client understands and agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable.
Licensee acknowledges they are an active EFIN Holder, which is required to use the tax software.
Licensee agrees to use an Integrated Banking Partner to process all bank products associated with returns created and e-filed via the software.
“Integrated Banking Partner” refers to a bank product provider that:
Complies with all federal and state laws and regulations; and
Has provided all required documentation for integration with the software and services.
Licensee understands that using a non-integrated bank may violate applicable regulations and may result in immediate termination of software and service access.
Cents Savvy LLC and its affiliates shall not be held liable for damages or losses resulting from service discontinuation due to noncompliance.
Licensee agrees to the pricing presented on the official Cents Savvy website, in one-on-one enrollment, or live demonstration.
Cents Savvy LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to changes in government regulations or the banking industry.

SavvyTaxPro is hosted on the TaxSlayerPro platform. The software is web based so you can access the software online from anywhere. Your annual software subscription also comes with the desktop version where all separate business returns can be prepared and filed. This includes returns including 1065, 1120, 1120-S, and 990.
