*The Cents Savvy Credit Program operates on a month-to-month subscription basis with no long-term contractual obligations. Service fees include both technology fees and service fees. We do not charge credit investigation fees prior to technology set up and program services (credit investigation service fees start in month 2 to align with all credit repair organization laws). While the typical duration for program completion is approximately six months, clients have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time.

Note: New clients have 3 business days to complete onboarding. If not completed within that timeframe, the fee paid at enrollment is forfeited (i.e. non-refundable).

Cents Savvy offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the terms below. This guarantee applies only to enrolled clients who fully comply with all program requirements.

To be eligible for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the client must:

Remain actively enrolled in the program for a minimum of 90 consecutive days

Have three (3) full rounds of investigations submitted on their behalf by Cents Savvy

Fully comply with all requirements listed below

Eligibility Requirements:

All service fees must be paid on time for the duration of the 90-day period

The client must successfully enroll in the Cents Savvy Secured Card at the time of initial enrollment

The client must not apply for or open any new credit accounts during the program

The client must pay all existing bills on time to prevent new negative items from appearing on their credit reports

The client must use the secured card responsibly, including making small purchases and paying the balance on time each month

Refund Terms:

The guarantee applies to Cents Savvy service fees only

Credit monitoring fees are non-refundable

Failure to meet any of the above requirements voids eligibility for the guarantee

Refund requests must be submitted after the completion of the 90-day period
